We do not offer a refund/cancelation in any case whether a wrong address was provided, wrong colour/style was chosen or you changed your mind and do not want the product anymore. Once the package has been shipped, no refunds could be applied under no circumstances. If you have received a damaged item, please reach out to our customer support at email@example.com . We strictly do not accept any refunds for shipping delays that might occur due to COVID19 as this is, unfortunately, out of our control once the package has been handed over to the shipping company.
Return and exchange policy:
We accept exchange or store credit only up to 7 days from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. We do not issue refunds for returns or cancellations.Your return must be within 7 days starting the date it was delivered. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are facing a sizing issue, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer support will send you the details to follow in order to return your item to our warehouse. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once you ship the item back to us, you should send us the image of the postal company receipt along with your order number so that we can keep track of it for you. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item and then will ship out your correct sizing piece.We do not accept returns/exchanges on intimate pieces such as bodysuits, swimsuits etc.
